Transcript and Screenshots for Home Tab: Upper Part
In this training, I will briefly explain the upper part of the Home tab, in Managenable® risk template software.
The upper part of the Home tab contains important information.
On the upper left corner, the current date is displayed.
You also find the Risk Managenable® logo.
On the upper center part, you need to enter the Organization Name.
Please note that the word organization is understood in its most generic way, such as something that is organized.
Therefore, the Organization Name represents the scope of the data contained in the risk template software.
This Organization Name can be…
A legal entity, for example, My Social Enterprise Inc…
A division of that organization, for example, Coordination Department…
A project in that organization, for example, Project Learn to Respect Nature.
And so on.
This Organization Name appears on the top part of each tab, underneath the title.
On the upper right corner, the version number of this risk management tool is displayed.
This comes handy if you want to compare the version you are using, with the latest one available on www.managenable.com website.
Still on the upper right corner, just above the link towards the Status tab, appears a symbol.
This symbol tells you about the overall data integrity status of the risk workbook.
3 different symbols are possible.
A green v-shaped symbol.
An orange exclamation mark symbol.
And a red cross-shaped symbol.
If the status is anything else than green, this is a cause for concern, and issues must be corrected.
Some issues may be temporary, and could be corrected by forcing a recalculation of the workbook.
Simply press F9 on your keyboard to recalculate the whole workbook.
If the status is still anything else than green, then click on the Status link to go to the Status tab to check where the issue, or issues, are located.
You may then correct them.
