Video Training for Overview: Calculations Tabs
Transcript and Screenshots for Overview: Calculations Tabs
In this training, I will give you an overview of Calculations tabs, in Managenable® risk template software.
This overview is applicable to all Calculations tabs.
In the Home tab, there is no links for these tabs.
You need to go to the Options tab to show or hide Calculations tabs.
For more information on how to show or hide tabs for Automation, please refer to the relevant training.
As it is mentioned in the title of these tabs, it is better to not change anything, and to keep these tabs with their default settings.
All Calculations tabs are similar, except Risk Calculations tab, which has noticeable differences.
For more information on the Risk Calculations tab, please refer to the relevant training.
As an example of all other Calculations tabs, let’s give a look at the Preset Report Calculations tab.
Calculations tabs are fully automated. You do not have to change anything.
They are used for background calculations when you select presets in the matching tab.
For example, the Preset Report Calculations tab is automatically used when you select Data Filters in the Preset Report tab.
For more information on how Data Filters are used, please refer to the relevant training.
Calculations tabs are split in two distinct parts.
The upper part of the tab contains the filters currently selected in the matching tab…
… as well as the list names used for value selection…
… and it also contains the values currently selected for these filters in the matching tab…
… as well as the list names to be used for calculations.
The lower part of the tab contains several columns, which calculate which Risk ID should be included or omitted in the results in the matching tab where the Data Filters were selected.
In summary, Calculations tabs are fully automated, and you do not have to change anything in them.
